Alright guys now I gave you a break for about a week. I needed some time away to get away from the news for a while. You guys know how this story took such a major toll on me and I have heard and read so many of your comments, they are all beautiful, and I enjoyed reading them all. You guys are awesome with the biggest hearts ever.
Now I wanted to go into this Lee Anthony crap, some surprise. Most of my readers already know how I feel about Lee. I don’t hate him, I just think he is lying… I know he is and most of you know it too. Have you ever read his interview with the investigative team? I have and let me tell you, call it nerves, call it whatever, it’s deception. Remember if you are still interested, www.wftv.com or www.wesh.com or www.cfnews13.com to read the transcripts of his statement and you can compare it with those of the friend of Caseys named Amy Huizenga, they are quite different. Lee is stumbling all over his words, yet Amy is relaxed and fluent. Hummm, wonder why?
Also, have you heard that he has an attorney? Why does he need one, and dammit, who the hell is paying these freaking attorneys? Now this has nothing to do with the damn case, but when I was fighting my ass off trying to win my daughter, none of these asses were there, but this damn family gets more attorneys than Hugh Heffner gets blowjobs. This is not right, now you know how I am, I am sorry guys, but this makes me mad. Most of us can’t even get a public defender to protect us…alright, I’ll shut up.
I missed you guys and can’t wait to hear your comments. I hope that you guys had a great Christmas and are planning a great NewYear.

Thomas Luka, an attorney advising the Anthony family. appeared on CNN’s Nancy Grace Monday night and said he thinks the sheriff’s office is getting ready to charge Casey’s brother Lee.
“There is some concern that some activities that Lee may have been involved with during the investigation might have been seen to law enforcement to be misleading,” said Luka.
Luka said Florida’s broad laws about tampering with evidence and obstruction of justice are what concerned him the most.
He did maintain however that Lee has fully cooperated with authorities throughout the case.

Why in the hell are people out recording the freaking scene a month before this child is discovered? Now look, I know that some of you think that I am crazy, I assure you once again, I am not. Something strange is going on here, now it is not just me. I want to know what you are thinking about this. How in the hell is this happening?

Deputies want know what a private investigator was doing in the area where Caylee’s body was found. They’ve been told he was videotaping the area a month before Caylee’s body was discovered.
The private investigator was apparently working with the Anthony family at the time. It raises questions about whether the Anthonys knew the remains were there a month before they were found.

Now this is strange even for me, what is this about? This story is on www.wftv.com and others listed above. Why? That is all I want to know. If someone can tell me this, I will be happy. Still think that the Anthonys are innocent? Tell me why.

No, I don’t think they are innocent…! not in the least! as for why???? i can’t imagine why… this poor, beautiful little girl had to lose her life and they all think they can just lie and get away with it! i am fuming mad… just as you are… and i too wish someone would just tell me WHY! i hope we all get an answer but mostly i hope all the anthony’s are punished for their deception all at the cost of an innocent child’s life… how pathetic is this family… ? i think all these twists and turns are things the defense is making up in order to try to cast doubt during a trial… however, if they all knew where caylee was, how on earth could they leave her out there like that… bastards!

I agree 100%. Lee is guilty in some way shape or form. Just like the parents are. I dont understand why he may be charged possibly, but the parents arent? They have obstructed just as much if not more than Lee. Guilty parties do NOT need lawyers, NOR do they need immunity. If they had been telling the truth the whole time, as they say they have, what more do they have to say? It should be exactly as they have been saying all along. But we all now its been total BS so thats why they are screwing around some more, stalling. And what kind of ‘priveledged’ info could this PI have? Why wasnt this info given before. Dont they have some kind of oath, like a doctor to save a life at all cost, to tell the truth in a murder? Bring forth any helpful information that is found?If this PI found info that could have helped, ( as the defense is scared it will come out apparently) cant this PI be charged also??? That would be obstruction as well Id think.

I for one never thought the Anhtonys were innocent.They all have lied and covered up sence the beginning.As far as Lee goes I believe he has known all along where Caylee’s remains were.In my opinion I wouldnt be a bit surprise if he moved Caylee’s remains a few times.Seems very strange that a PI video that same area in Nov.and Caylee was found in that same area in Dec.I would also like to know WHY and WHAT he was there in the first place.Something doesnt sound right at all!

Looking at the photos of Caylee before all of this happened, she looked like a happy little girl whom the Grandparents adored and cherished. I really don’t believe that they had anything to do with the murder, but I do believe they got caught up in the lies and deceit and could not fathom the realty that their own daughter could have murdered Caylee. I do think they suspected Casey, but as long as the body wasn’t found they were able to hold on to that one little string of hope.
